KYC: as required under AMFI / KRA KYC norms

2. How We Use Information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have consented, to provide you with mutual fund and insurance distribution services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Platforms

Transactions and portfolio access (E-Wealth Account, Client Desk) are handled on secure third-party partner platforms, which have their own privacy policies governing data collected on those platforms.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention - Minimum 8 Years

Transaction and investment data is retained for a minimum of 8 (eight) years from the end of the business relationship, as required under SEBI regulations, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and AMFI guidelines. Enquiry data from website forms that does not lead to a client relationship is deleted once it is no longer needed to respond to you.
